Epitranscriptome (SHS ancillary)

The goal of this study is to better understand how environmental exposures influence diabetes, heart disease, and other health outcomes. The team is interested in understanding how genes work (gene function) and how they influence heart, lung, and blood vessel diseases, cancer, and conditions that involve inflammation. The team will also study how lifestyle factors like smoking and diet and environmental factors, like pollution, can influence the way genes work.
